I agree by the purchasing of any extremely hot sauces, seasoning or condiments that I will ensure that any person buying, using or tasting this product will be made aware of the following:

1. Due to the hot nature of this product, it should be used as a food additive only. This product can cause serious injury if directly consumed, ingested or applied directly to the body. 
2. I confirm that I am over 18years old & of sane mind. 
3. This product is to be used at my own risk & I fully understand the potential danger if used or handled improperly. 
4. If I give this product as a gift, I will make the recipient fully aware of the potential dangers if used or handled improperly. 
5. I hereby disclaim, release & relinquish any & all claims, actions or lawsuits that I, or any of my dependants, family members, legal representatives or Asian Food Specialists Pty Ltd (trading as Asian Foods 4 U) may have against any party relating to any damage or injury that results, or is alleged to have resulted, from the use, consumption, ingestion, contact or other use of or from the product.
