Popular throughout South East Asia, particularly in Thailand and Vietnam, fish sauce is a pungent, salty liquid used as a condiment or flavouring. The liquid is clear amber to dark brown in colour.

Tiparos's brand was the first inventor for Thailand first known fish sauce product in 1910. For over a century, the authentic “Tiparos” fish sauce has gone through stages of quality and hygienic improvement. Today, it is Thailand’s largest producer of fish sauce under the “Tiparos” lable.
