|A popular Chinese soup served widely in Singapore. It is generally cooked with various parts of the pork ribs. Our hearty blend of herbs and spices, which requires no additional seasonings, give off a bona fide aroma.|
1 sachet of spices
1 kg pork ribs (Boil for 5 mins and rinse the boiled pork ribs to remove scum)
8 pieces garlic (Skin intact)
6 bowls water (1500ml /50oz)
* 1 bowl ~ 250ml
1. Boil 1500ml water.
2. Place sachet and pre-prepared pork ribs in boiling water.
3. Simmer for 30 mins on low heat.
4. Add garlic and continue to simmer for another 15 mins. Serve hot.
Note: Requires no additional seasoning.
